Should you experience a fault with your boiler or system Please check the following before booking a service visit. 

  • Is there power to the system? Are operational lights/displays present on timers, boilers etc
  • Are all controls set to on, timers, room thermostats etc
  • If applicable, is the system pressure low? If so, refill and reset.
  • If a pre-payment gas meter is fitted, is there gas/credit available? In the event of a no gas situation, the call out will be charged for. (Landlords, please ensure your tenants are aware of this).
  • Are there any fault codes present on the boiler? If so, please note the fault code before attempting a reset.

If all of the above fail, please call to book engineers visit.
